After I accidentally made cinnamon extract a few months ago, I’ve been brainstorming new flavors to create. Since Hubster responded so well to the Earl Grey tea, I decided to try it as an extract.
I made a smaller batch in my jar by steeping two bags in vodka for a few days and replacing them with two new bags. Overall, the jar sat for one week, being shook twice a day. It just smells and tastes delicious!
Perfect for desserts, such as chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, shortbread, biscotti or even in cake frosting!
