Opening Day – Baseball Sugar Cookies
Opening day means different things for my family. Some think of the first day of trout season, some the first day back to school, some baseball and some think a combination of these things. Today, I’m talking baseball. Tomorrow is Major League Baseball’s Opening Day, America’s favorite past time, it should be a national holiday.
I decided to whip up a batch of baseball sugar cookies. I stacked my cookies before the icing hardened, so the red lines got a bit smushed.
