It’s been 11 years since I studied abroad in London and this grey foggy and drizzly morn had me reminiscing. It was the perfect moment to warm up with a London Fog Latte. Bergamot, lavender, and vanilla make a surprisingly wonderful blend.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. hot water, 2 Lavender Earl Grey tea bags, 1 c. milk, vanilla simple syrup (or vanilla agave)
Directions:
Steep teabags in hot water until you have a strong tea. Steam and froth the milk. Pour tea into mug and mix in simple syrup. Top with steamed milk and then foam. Garnish
*If you cannot find lavender Earl Grey tea, use regular Earl Grey tea and add a 1/2 tsp. of dried lavender.
XOXO,
Young Wifey
