Just a quick post today…

Generally apples and pumpkins are the most common fall ingredients. This year I’ve been working on using more beer. 🙂 I modified a classic Mustard Vinaigrette for Oktoberfest.

Easy Mustard Dill Dressing


1/4 c. spicy brown mustard, 1/4 c. beer (Franziskaner weissbeer), 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. dill weed, fresh ground sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper

Warm beer in saucepan, add and dissolve sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Pour warm dressing over cubed boiled potatoes, or chill before pouring over a chilled salad.
