On the second Sunday in March, in the U.S., clocks are set forward one hour at 2 a.m. I still use the phrase “Spring Ahead, Fall Back” to remember which way to set the clocks. This one’s the tough one, it takes my body a few days to adjust to the one hour difference.
Daylight Saving Time is when I remember to test the batteries in my smoke detectors (I change them in the Fall when DSL ends). I use this day to organize my Spring to-do list and Spring cleaning list. Trying to get ahead of anything which I may have let slip away during the cold winter months of hibernation.
