Today I prepped the ice-cream for this Saturday’s Thanksgiving feast I’m hosting. Last year I made vanilla ice-cream to go with the pies and this year I decided to make cinnamon as well. I made one batch of my vanilla ice-cream recipe and then added two Tbs. of ground cinnamon to the second batch. I transferred the ice-cream into a plastic tubs and will keep it in the freezer until right before serving! I helped myself to some of the cinnamon ice-cream, yum (next year, I’ll have to make pumpkin ice cream for my mom)!A La Mode
