or Yummy Homemade Salsa
Hubster and I had a party on Friday to celebrate the coming of summer. A friend brought a yummy homemade salsa which I really enjoyed. The combination was spicy and soothing to my taste-buds at the same time. Only Tastefully Simple’s Peachy Keen Salsa has ever been able to do before (which I’m still trying to recreate).

Salsa
I copied my friend’s recipe by taste, although I think I stirred too much or my avocado was too ripe.
Ingredients:
1 or 2 beefsteak tomatoes, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 orange pepper, a few jalapeño peppers (to taste),1 small onion, 1 small avocado, 1 bunch fresh cilantro, 1 lime, 1 small can of black beans
Directions:
Diced all ingredients into small pieces (except beans and lime) and add to a mixing bowl. Open & rinse black beans and add to bowl. Zest lime. Roll lime to get juice loose, cut lime in half and squeeze juice out into bowl. Gently mix all ingredients and set aside for a few hours so the flavors marry. Serve, eat, make more.
This is especially tasty with blue corn chips!
XOXO,

This really does sound good and would be great for a backyard barbecue. Thanks for sharing.
Haha, this is an old post. I went in to resize the pics and it showed up as new?
